Gonçalo is a Portuguese-qualified lawyer specialising in immigration, residency and nationality matters.
With close to a decade of experience, he has advised individuals, families and businesses on a wide range of immigration matters and has been directly involved in more than 1,000 immigration processes in Portugal.
His work focuses on helping international clients navigate the Portuguese immigration system, from initial strategy and visa applications to residency, family reunification and nationality.
Luís de Brito Fouto
INVESTMENT
Luís is a Portuguese-qualified lawyer specialising in real estate, urban planning, investment transactions and compliance.
He is currently Legal Director at a multinational real estate company, having previously worked at leading law firms in Portugal. With close to a decade of experience, Luís has been directly involved in real estate transactions and investment projects with an aggregate value exceeding €100 million.
Gonçalo Milheiro
ACCOUNTING & TAX
Gonçalo Milheiro is a Portuguese Certified Accountant with over a decade of experience in accounting, financial consulting and audit across a range of industries. As founder of Milheiro Accounting & Consulting, he advises businesses and individuals on tax compliance, financial reporting and business operations in Portugal.
At XP Group, Gonçalo brings an accounting and tax perspective to clients’ relocation, investment and business decisions. Working alongside the legal team, he helps clients assess the tax implications of their decisions and meet their accounting and reporting obligations in Portugal.
